Spring convention

Kevin, 1/14/2006, 4:47:30 PM

We've had people from our paper go to the fall ACP conventions over the past few years, with varying results. Generally they have found it informative and useful.

We're considering sending some people to the upcoming LA one. What about the spring conventions? Are they different, better, or worse than the fall conventions? What has been your experience?

Not sure why no one is responding. I have yet to attend an ACP-sponsored convention, but my experience of others has always been positive. My only recommendation is to always make sure the students who attend have the potential to learn and grow in that kind of environment. Of course, the right people will definitely have fun just meeting colleagues from other schools.
