advertisment samples and research

Natalia, 12/29/2005, 10:12:23 AM

I am doing a research on cell phones advertisment. I would like to publish some articles on this topic but I need to reproduce some of the advetisment sample I alredy have in my writing. Do I have to ask permission to do that? If so, who is authorized to give me that permission? The newspaper or magazine, or the cell phone company?

I would assume that it's probably the cell phone company or the advertising agency responsible for the ads.

Copyrights are funny business. I'd contact the advertiser directly to get original unpublished versions of the ads, possibly even electronic ones.
