sample consitution

Good day~

My name is Therese Hounsell. I teach at a two-year, public, community college.

Does anyone have a good sample constitution for this environment?

Our editor, managing editor and graphics person are elected by the students. The adviser is appointed by the college.

I also need job descriptions for the following:
adviser, editor, managing/assistant/co-editor, graphic designer.
